Hi, I’m Melonie—the heart and hands behind Wiggle Butts Doggy Daycare. I’ve been a veterinary technician since 2003 and earned my certification in canine rehabilitation through the Canine Rehabilitation Institute. My career has always centered around helping pets heal, grow, and thrive alongside the families who love them.

 

What began as A Friend of the Family Pet Care, focused on rehabilitation and recovery, naturally evolved into a full-service dog care experience. Over the years, we’ve expanded to include boarding, daycare, and enrichment programs that support dogs physically, mentally, and emotionally.

 

Now, as we transition into Wiggle Butts Doggy Daycare, my mission is to create a safe, joyful space where dogs can build confidence and connection—and where pet parents feel like part of something special. As a proud local, woman-owned business, I lead with warmth, structure, and a deep commitment to community.
